N-channel MOSFET in DFN5060-C package for high-current switching applications, with a drain-source voltage rating of 40 V and continuous drain current of 330 A at 25°C. The package provides excellent heat dissipation with a junction-to-case thermal resistance of 0.6°C/W and junction-to-ambient thermal resistance of 50°C/W. The device has a gate-source voltage rating of ±20 V, a drain-source on-resistance of 0.65 mΩ at 10 V gate drive, and a total gate charge of 133 nC. It is RoHS compliant, halogen-free, and meets UL 94 V-0 flammability rating with an operating junction temperature range of -55°C to +175°C.
