MCACL170N08Y-TP is an N-channel MOSFET with an 80 V drain-source voltage rating and a continuous drain current of 170 A at 25°C, housed in a DFN5060 package measuring 6.35 mm × 5.64 mm. It features split gate trench technology, thermal resistance of 0.6°C/W junction-to-case, and a maximum junction temperature of 150°C. The device is RoHS compliant, halogen-free, and meets UL 94 V-0 flammability rating. It is supplied in tape and reel packaging with 5,000 pieces per reel.
