MCAC8D0N10Y-TP is an N-channel MOSFET using split gate trench technology, packaged in a DFN5060 case measuring 6.35 mm by 5.90 mm. It has a drain-source voltage rating of 100 V, a continuous drain current of 83 A at 25°C, and a maximum power dissipation of 113 W. The device features a typical on-resistance of 8 mΩ at 10 V gate-source voltage and 50 A drain current, a total gate charge of 22.7 nC, and operates with a junction temperature range of -55°C to +150°C. It is RoHS compliant, halogen-free, and meets UL 94 V-0 flammability rating. Thermal resistance is 1.1°C/W junction-to-case and 50°C/W junction-to-ambient on a 1 in² FR-4 board with 2 oz copper.
