The MCAC5D0N10Y-TP is an N-channel MOSFET using Split Gate Trench technology, housed in a DFN5060 package measuring 5.64 mm × 6.35 mm. It handles a maximum drain-source voltage of 100 V and a continuous drain current of 63 A at 100°C case temperature, with a pulsed drain current rating of 400 A. The device has a typical on-resistance of 5 mΩ at 10 V gate-source voltage and 50 A drain current, and a thermal resistance of 1.2°C/W from junction to case. It operates from -55°C to +150°C junction temperature, meets UL 94 V-0 flammability rating, and is RoHS compliant. The part is supplied in tape and reel packaging at 5,000 pieces per reel.
