The BF421-AP is a PNP silicon bipolar transistor in a TO-92 package, with a collector-base voltage rating of -300 V, a collector-emitter voltage rating of -300 V, and an emitter-base voltage rating of -5 V. It supports a continuous collector current of -0.1 A and a power dissipation of 830 mW. The operating and storage junction temperature range is -55°C to +150°C, with a thermal resistance of 150°C/W junction to ambient.
