The MIC5330-MKYML is a dual ultra low-dropout (ULDO,Ñ¢) linear voltage regulator designed for portable electronics, featuring two outputs capable of delivering 300mA each. It operates within an input voltage range of 2.3V to 5.5V and has an ultra-low dropout voltage of 75mV at 300mA. The device boasts a high power supply ripple rejection (PSRR) greater than 70dB at 1kHz and an ultra-low output noise of 30¬µV RMS, making it suitable for RF and noise-sensitive applications. Packaged in a compact 8-pin 2mm x 2mm leadless MLF¬Æ format, the MIC5330-MKYML occupies significantly less board space compared to traditional packages. It features excellent load and line transient response, a fast start-up time of 30¬µs, and low quiescent current of 75¬µA per output.
