Series T26 represents a new concept for high AC current measurements. The new units combine the reliability of high precision high capacity current-transformers with the proven performance of Mescon's AC input 2-wire transmitters. The T26 offer a coherent industrial solution to current measurement problems of up to 1000A. The output is a linear current loop, 4-20mA which is proportional to the electrical current flowing through the T26 core. A TEST terminal provides a 40-200mV signal proportional to the 4-20mA output for monitoring and verification of the output without breaking the current loop. An optional integral digital LCD indicator is available for many input ranges to directly dispaly the actual current flow through the T26.
