Mescon Technologies, Inc. Series MESTEC700-1

The MESTEC-700 is amulti-channel temperature monitor/alarm, displaying up to 10 thermocouple or mV inputs or up to 6 channels of RTD inputs. Each channel may be assigned up to 2 set-points for a total of 20 set-poinrs. Alarm conditions arre indicated via dual color LEDs. In addition, 2 dry contact relay outputs are provided to facilitate trip and control functions. The type of thermocouple or RTD and the set-points values for each input are entered via the front panel keyboard. The 6-digits dispaly indicates both the number of the channel which is being scanned and its temperature value. The MESTEC-700 is housed in a weather-proof enclosure which is a very suitable for a variety of industrial environments. The 700 is mostly used for machine-health supervision including bearing temperature monitoring in generators, motors, pumps, compressors gas and diesel engines, plastic injection machines and others. The MESTEC-700 provides channel-search and alarm event logging facilities of up to 8 events, to help the operator to track past events and dispaly all channels programming and alarm data.
