This product helps carbon nanotubes to disperse in resin systems such as liquid epoxy resins and liquid polyester polyols, and exhibits excellent and effective viscosity-reducing effects.
For single-wall carbon nanotubes, the recommended dosage of dispersant is 2.5 times the weight of carbon nanotubes; for GRA-3857, the recommended dosage is 1.2 times the weight of carbon nanotubes; for GRA-388, the recommended dosage is 0.3 times the weight of carbon nanotubes.
The recommended content of carbon nanotubes in liquid epoxy resin composites is 0.25% (SWNTs), 2% (GRA-3857), 8% (GRA-388).
