Master Bond, Inc. High Temperature Resistant Epoxy Compound EP45HT

Description
Master Bond Polymer System EP45HT is a two component epoxy system for high performance structural bonding and casting. It is suitable for applications where long term exposure to temperatures from -80°F to +500°F is required. lt is 100% reactive and does not contain any solvents or diluents. It is formulated to cure rapidly at elevated temperatures with a 100 to 30 mix ratio, by weight, to produce high physical strength and chemically resistant products at both ambient and elevated temperatures. Master Bond Polymer System EP45HT can be applied easily by brushing or with a spatula. It produces durable high strength and tough bonds and castings which are remarkably resistant to thermal cycling and chemicals, including water, oil and most organic solvents, over an exceptionally wide temperature range of - 80°F to +500°F. Adhesion to metals, glass, ceramics, wood, vulcanized rubber and many plastics is excellent. The hardened System is an electrical insulator. Color of Part A is clear, part B is amber. Master Bond Polymer System EP45HT is widely used in aerospace, electronic, electrical, computer, construction, metal working, appliance, automotive and chemical industries. The cured System fully meets the requirements of MIL-MMM-A-132 TypeIII. A non-drip version that can be applied without sagging or dripping on vertical surfaces is also available called EP45HTND2.
