The MR55-100 is a torque sensor with a capacity of 100 lbFin (11.5 Nm), featuring female and male square drives for inline use with torque wrenches or OEM applications. It weighs 1.3 lb (0.6 kg), has an accuracy of ±0.6% of full scale, and supports a safe overload of 150% of full scale. The sensor integrates with Mark-10 indicators via a Plug & Test® smart connector with gold-plated spring contacts. It includes a calibration certificate with 10 data points per measuring direction. Dimensions include a 1/2" drive size, 0.59 in (15.0 mm) height, and 1.73 in (44.0 mm) length.
This rugged series of torque sensors is ideal for a wide range of torque testing applications in numerous industries. Square drives on both ends permit inline use with a torque wrench, or for use in OEM and other applications. Ranges available up to 5,000 lbFin (550 Nm). Requires a Mark-10 indicator, available separately.
