MACOM Attenuators MAAA2000G

The MAAA2000G is a GaAs MMIC voltage variable absorptive attenuator designed for broadband applications from DC to 12 GHz. It features a compact size and can be configured for single or dual bias control, allowing for easy cascading in circuit designs. The device offers low control current consumption and minimal phase shift, with a maximum matched attenuation of 20 dB when using dual bias. Key specifications include an insertion loss of 1.5 dB at 12 GHz, a voltage standing wave ratio (VSWR) of 1.8:1 at the same frequency, and a relative attenuation of 23 dB at 2 GHz. The MAAA2000G operates over a temperature range of -55¬8C to +85¬8C and is RoHS compliant.
