The ORM120A25 is a delay-on-make time delay relay with an onboard adjustment knob, offering a time delay range of 3 to 300 seconds at 120VAC. It features isolated 10A DPDT relay contacts, open PCB construction, and 0.25 in (6.35 mm) male quick connect terminals. The unit has a repeat accuracy of ±2% or 20ms, whichever is greater, and a tolerance of ±10% for fixed delays. Input voltage tolerance is -20% to +10%. It is mounted via four #6 (M3.5 x 0.6) screws, measuring 53.8 mm high, 93.7 mm wide, and 47.8 mm deep. The relay operates within a temperature range of -20°C to 65°C and provides ≥1500V RMS input-to-output isolation. Mechanical life is rated for 1×10^7 operations, electrical life for 1×10^6 operations.

The time delay may be ordered as factory fixed, onboard knob, or external adjustment. Time delays from 0.05 - 300 seconds. Operation (Delay-on-Make)Upon application of input voltage, the time delay begins. The output is de-energized before and during the time delay. At the end of the time delay, the output energizes and remains energized until voltage is removed.Reset: Removing input voltage resets the time delay and output.
