The MIXG360RF1200PTED is an XPT IGBT module with integrated free-wheeling diode, designed for boost/brake chopper applications in AC motor drives, solar inverters, and industrial power supplies. It features a 1200 V collector-emitter voltage rating, a continuous collector current of 532 A at 25°C, and a saturation voltage of 1.7 V at 300 A and 25°C. The module uses a press-fit pin E2-Pack package with a height of 17 mm and a copper base plate. It is short-circuit rated for 10 µs, has a positive temperature coefficient of on-state voltage for easy paralleling, and includes an NTC thermistor for temperature monitoring. The isolation voltage is 3600 V~ RMS, and the device is RoHS compliant with a maximum operating temperature of 150°C.
