The MIXA60WB1200TEH is a three-phase brake, rectifier, and inverter module in an E3-Pack standard outline with an insulated copper base plate and soldering pins for PCB mounting. It integrates six 1200 V IGBTs with 85 A continuous current rating, six 1200 V fast recovery diodes, a 1200 V brake IGBT with 60 A rating, a brake diode, and an input rectifier bridge with 1600 V reverse voltage and 190 A average DC output current. The module includes a temperature sensor (NTC) with 5 kΩ resistance at 25°C and a thermal resistance of 0.43 K/W per IGBT and 0.6 K/W per inverter diode. It is rated for a maximum junction temperature of 150°C, a 3000 V~ isolation voltage, and operates from -40°C to 125°C. The IGBTs are short-circuit rated for 10 µs and feature XPT technology with low gate charge and EMI. The module weighs 300 g.
