The MIXA60HU1200VA is a 1200 V XPT IGBT module in a V1-A-Pack package, designed for switched-mode power supplies and switched reluctance motor drives. It features a H-bridge, buck/boost combination topology, 3600 V~ isolation voltage, and PCB soldering pins. The module has a height of 17 mm and a DCB ceramic base plate. The IGBT supports 85 A continuous collector current at 25 °C and 1.8 V collector-emitter saturation voltage at 55 A and 25 °C. The integrated diode conducts 88 A at 25 °C with 8 µC reverse recovery charge. Thermal resistance is 0.5 K/W for the IGBT and 0.6 K/W for the diode. The device is RoHS compliant, short-circuit rated for 10 µs, and meets UL 94 V-0 standards.
