The MIXA40WB1200TED is a three-phase brake, rectifier, and inverter module in an E2-Pack package with an insulated copper base plate and soldering pins for PCB mounting. It contains six 1200 V IGBTs rated at 60 A, two 1200 V brake IGBTs rated at 28 A, and a 1600 V rectifier bridge rated for 105 A DC output. IGBT saturation voltage is 1.8-2.1 V, with a short-circuit withstand time of 10 µs and gate charge up to 106 nC. Diodes have a forward voltage of 1.95-2.9 V and reverse recovery time up to 350 ns. Thermal resistance is 0.64 K/W for inverter IGBTs and 1.26 K/W for the brake IGBT. A 5 kΩ NTC sensor at 25°C is included. Operating temperature range is -40°C to 125°C, with a max virtual junction temperature of 150°C. Isolation voltage is 2500 V~.
