The MIXA40W1200TED is a six-pack IGBT module with 1200 V blocking voltage and 60 A continuous current at 25°C, designed for motor drives and inverters. It uses an E2-Pack standard outline with an insulated copper baseplate and PCB solder pins, measuring 107.5 mm × 82.3 mm × 20.6 mm. Each IGBT has a saturation voltage of 1.8-2.1 V at 35 A, a short-circuit rating of 10 µs, and a thermal resistance of 0.64 K/W. The integrated diodes exhibit a forward voltage of 1.95-2.2 V and reverse recovery time of 350 ns. An NTC thermistor with 5 kΩ resistance at 25°C is included. Maximum junction temperature is 125°C, with a 150°C virtual junction limit and 2500 V~ isolation.
