The MIXA10WB1200TED is a three-phase brake, rectifier, and inverter module in an E2-Pack standard outline with an insulated copper base plate and soldering pins for PCB mounting. It integrates six IGBTs rated for 1200 V collector-emitter voltage and 17 A collector current at 25°C, with a saturation voltage of 1.8 to 2.1 V, and six diodes with a reverse voltage of 1200 V or 1600 V for the rectifier bridge. The module includes an NTC temperature sensor and is short-circuit rated for 10 µs. The thermal resistance junction-to-case is 2.0 K/W for IGBTs and 2.4 K/W for diodes. It meets RoHS standards and operates from -40°C to 125°C with a maximum virtual junction temperature of 150°C.
The Converter + Brake + Inverter series utilizes rugged input rectifier diodes and short circuit rated XPT igbts in combination with fast switching SONIC free wheeling diodes.
