Littelfuse, Inc. Single Package Driver for 3-Phase Motor Control and Power Inverters LF2388BTR

The LF2388BTR is a three-phase half-bridge gate driver in SOIC-20 package, designed to drive N-channel MOSFETs and IGBTs in motor inverter applications. It supports high-side floating operation up to 600V, provides 420mA source and 750mA sink output current, and includes an internal deadtime of 315ns to prevent cross-conduction. Logic inputs are compatible with 3.3V TTL/CMOS levels, and matched propagation delay is limited to 50ns maximum. All channels feature under-voltage lockout and Schmitt-triggered inputs. The device operates from -40°C to +125°C and is suitable for three-phase motor control in white goods and industrial applications.
