The LF2304N is a half-bridge gate driver designed to drive two N-channel MOSFETs or IGBTs, with a high-side floating supply voltage up to 600V and internal 100ns deadtime to prevent shoot-through. It features 290mA source and 600mA sink output current, TTL/CMOS-compatible 3.3V logic inputs, and under voltage lockout for both high and low side drivers. The device is packaged in an SOIC(N)-8 case measuring 4.9mm × 3.9mm with a 1.27mm lead pitch and operates over the temperature range of -40°C to +125°C.
