Littelfuse, Inc. Floating high-side driver enables bootstrap operation to 600V LF2190NTR

The LF2190N is a high-side and low-side gate driver designed to drive two N-channel MOSFETs or IGBTs in a half-bridge configuration with a floating high-side supply up to 600V. It operates with 3.3V logic inputs, features integrated UVLO for both high and low-side drivers, and delivers 4.5A typical sink/source current. Packaged in an 8-pin SOIC(N)-8, it operates over a temperature range of -40°C to +125°C with a maximum junction temperature of +150°C and a junction-to-ambient thermal resistance of 200°C/W on a standard JEDEC 2-layer board.
