The LF2184NTR is a half-bridge gate driver in an SOIC(N)-8 package designed to drive N-channel MOSFETs or IGBTs, with a high-side floating supply capability up to 600V and a fixed internal dead time of 400ns. It provides 1.4A source and 1.8A sink output current, operates with a low-side supply voltage range of 10V to 20V, and supports logic inputs compatible with 3.3V TTL/CMOS levels. The device is qualified for an extended temperature range of -40°C to +125°C and meets moisture sensitivity level MSL3 and reflow profile standards per IPC/JEDEC J-STD-020.
