Littelfuse, Inc. 350mA/200mA to 2.3A/1.9A sink/source Output Current Capabilities LF21844NTR

The LF21844NTR is a half-bridge gate driver in an SOIC(N)-14 package, designed to drive two N-channel MOSFETs or IGBTs with 1.4A source and 1.7A sink output current capability. It supports high-side floating supply voltages up to 600V and operates over a wide temperature range of -40°C to +125°C. The device features programmable dead time via an external resistor, Schmitt-triggered logic inputs with 3.3V CMOS compatibility, and under voltage lockout for both high-side and low-side drivers. It meets MSL3 moisture sensitivity level and is ESD sensitive per JEDEC J-STD-033 and J-STD-020.
