Littelfuse, Inc. Floating high-side driver enables bootstrap operation to 600V LF2181NTR

The LF2181NTR is a high-side and low-side gate driver in SOIC(N)-8 package designed to drive N-channel MOSFETs or IGBTs in a half-bridge configuration using bootstrap operation up to 600V. It provides 1.9A source and 2.3A sink output current, with logic inputs compatible with 3.3V TTL/CMOS levels and operating over a temperature range of -40°C to +125°C. The device includes under-voltage lockout for both high and low side drivers and is rated for extended industrial operation. It meets the MSL3 moisture sensitivity level and is ESD sensitive per JEDEC J-STD-033 and J-STD-020, with a reflow profile of 260°C for 30 seconds maximum.
