The LF21814N is a high-side and low-side gate driver designed to drive N-channel MOSFETs or IGBTs in a half-bridge configuration with bootstrap operation up to 600V. It comes in an SOIC(N)-14 package and operates over an extended temperature range of -40°C to +125°C. The device offers 1.9A source and 2.3A sink output current capability, features UVLO for both high and low-side drivers, and has logic inputs compatible with 3.3V TTL/CMOS levels. It meets the MSL3 moisture sensitivity level and is ESD sensitive per JESD625.
