LF2136BTR is a 3-phase half-bridge gate driver IC in an SOIC-28 package designed to drive N-channel MOSFETs and IGBTs in motor inverter applications. It supports high-side floating supply voltages up to 600V, operates with a 10V to 20V low-side supply, and delivers 200mA source and 350mA sink output current. The device includes 290ns internal deadtime, matched propagation delays, Schmitt-triggered logic inputs compatible with 3.3V, UVLO for all channels, and overcurrent protection. It operates from -40°C to +125°C and meets MSL3 moisture sensitivity and IEC 60286-3 reflow standards. Outputs are out of phase with inputs and include cross-conduction prevention logic.
