The LF2113B is a high-side/low-side gate driver designed to drive two N-channel MOSFETs or IGBTs, with a high-side floating supply voltage rating up to 600V. It features 2.5A typical source and sink output currents, operates with a gate driver supply voltage range of 10V to 20V, and supports logic input voltages from 3.3V to 20V. The device has a 16-lead SOIC package, offers rise and fall times of 15 ns and 13 ns respectively with a 1000 pF load, and includes under voltage lockout for both high and low side drivers. It operates over an extended temperature range from -40°C to +125°C and meets IEC 60286-3 for moisture sensitivity with an MSL3 rating. Propagation delay matching is specified at 20 ns maximum for the LF2113B variant.
