Littelfuse, Inc. Floating high-side driver enables bootstrap operation to 600V LF2110BTR

The LF2110B is a high-side/low-side gate driver designed to control two N-channel MOSFETs or IGBTs, with a floating high-side supply capable of operating up to 500V. It is offered in a 16-lead SOIC package and operates over an extended temperature range of -40°C to +125°C. The device provides typical output currents of 2.5A source and sink, with rise and fall times of 15 ns and 13 ns respectively for a 1000 pF load. It includes under-voltage lockout for both high and low-side drivers, cycle-by-cycle shutdown, and logic input compatibility from 3.3V to 20V. The gate driver supply voltage ranges from 10V to 20V, with matched propagation delay of 10 ns for high-side and low-side outputs.
