Littelfuse, Inc. Floating high-side driver enables bootstrap operation to 600V LF2106NTR

The LF2106N is a high-side/low-side gate driver designed to drive N-channel MOSFETs or IGBTs in bootstrap configurations up to 600V. It features a 30ns maximum propagation delay matching between high and low-side outputs, CMOS/TTL-compatible logic inputs down to 3.3V, and integrated under-voltage lockout for both supply rails. Packaged in an SOIC-8 surface-mount format, it operates over an extended temperature range from -40°C to +125°C. The device meets MSL3 moisture sensitivity and ESD sensitivity compliant with JESD625 standards, with a reflow profile rated to 260°C for 30 seconds. The LF2106NTR variant is offered in tape and reel packaging with a quantity of 2500.
