Littelfuse, Inc. Floating high-side driver enables bootstrap operation to 600V LF21064NTR

LF21064NTR is a high-side and low-side gate driver in SOIC(N)-14 package, designed to drive N-channel MOSFETs or IGBTs in a half-bridge configuration with bootstrap operation up to 600V. It operates with a logic and low-side supply voltage of 10V to 20V, supports 3.3V logic inputs, and features under voltage lockout for both high and low side drivers. The device functions over an extended temperature range of -40°C to +125°C and meets MSL3 moisture sensitivity and JESD625 ESD sensitivity standards. It is offered in tape and reel packaging with 2500 units per reel.
