The LF2104N is a half-bridge gate driver designed to drive two N-channel MOSFETs or IGBTs, featuring a high-side floating supply rated up to 600V and low-side supply voltage range of 10V to 20V. It offers 290mA source and 600mA sink output current capability, internal dead time for cross-conduction protection, and Schmitt-triggered logic inputs compatible with 3.3V TTL/CMOS. The device operates over an extended temperature range of -40°C to +125°C and is packaged in an SOIC(N)-8 case. It meets MSL3 moisture sensitivity and is ESD sensitive per JESD625. The part includes UVLO for both VCC and VB supplies and is qualified for motor control, DC-DC, and inverter applications.
