The LF2103NTR is a half-bridge gate driver in SOIC(N)-8 package designed to drive N-channel MOSFETs or IGBTs in motor control and power conversion applications. It supports a high-side floating supply up to 600V, with internal dead time of 420ns to prevent cross-conduction. The device provides 290mA source and 600mA sink output current capability, operates with a 10V to 20V low-side supply, and features 3.3V logic input compatibility. It includes under-voltage lockout for both VCC and VB supplies, and operates over an extended temperature range of -40°C to +125°C. The package is rated for moisture sensitivity level MSL3 and conforms to IEC 60286-3 reflow standards.
