Littelfuse, Inc. Floating high-side driver enables bootstrap operation to 600V LF2101NTR

The LF2101NTR is a high-side/low-side gate driver in an SOIC(N)-8 package, designed to drive N-channel MOSFETs or IGBTs with a floating high-side supply up to 600V in bootstrap mode. It operates with a low-side and logic supply voltage of 10V to 20V, features CMOS and TTL compatible logic inputs down to 3.3V, and has a propagation delay matching of 50ns maximum between high and low-side outputs. The device operates over an extended temperature range of -40°C to +125°C and is qualified for moisture sensitivity level MSL3. Its outputs withstand negative transients and include under-voltage lockout for the low-side supply. The part is supplied in tape and reel packaging with 2500 units per reel.
