The IXYK180N65A5 is a 650 V, 180 A continuous collector current IGBT with a TO-264 package, measuring 26.16 mm in length and 19.96 mm in width, designed for switching applications up to 5 kHz. It features a collector-emitter saturation voltage of 1.35 V at 100 A and 15 V gate drive, a junction-to-case thermal resistance of 0.13 °C/W, and a reverse-biased safe operating area rated for 360 A at 125 °C junction temperature. The device meets the international standard TO-264 package dimensions and is qualified for high-power applications including inverters, motor drives, and PFC circuits.
