The IXGX72N60A3H1 is a 600 V, 72 A punch-through IGBT with an anti-parallel ultrafast diode in a PLUS247 package, designed for switching applications up to 5 kHz in power inverters, motor drives, UPS, and PFC circuits. It features a maximum collector-emitter voltage of 600 V, a continuous collector current of 72 A at 110°C, and a saturation voltage of 1.35 V at 60 A and 15 V gate drive. The device has a thermal resistance from junction to case of 0.15 °C/W and a maximum junction temperature of 150°C. It meets RoHS standards and is qualified for industrial use with square RBSOA and low gate drive requirements. The PLUS247 package has dimensions of 20.80 to 21.34 mm in length and 15.75 to 16.13 mm in width.
