The IXGT32N170 is a 1700 V NPT IGBT in a TO-268 package, designed for high-voltage switching applications such as AC motor speed control, DC servo drives, and uninterruptible power supplies. It has a continuous collector current rating of 75 A at 25°C and a pulsed current capability of 200 A for 1 ms. The collector-emitter saturation voltage is 3.3 V at 32 A and 25°C, rising to 3.0 V at 125°C. The device features a MOS gate structure for simple drive requirements and a rugged NPT design. Thermal resistance from junction to case is 0.35 K/W. Molding epoxies meet UL 94 V-0 flammability classification.
