The IXGT32N120A3 is a 1200V punch-through IGBT in a TO-268 package, designed for switching applications up to 3 kHz such as power inverters, motor drives, and PFC circuits. It has a continuous collector current rating of 32 A at 110°C and a collector-emitter saturation voltage of 2.35 V at 32 A and 15 V gate-emitter voltage. The device supports a maximum junction temperature of 150°C and has a thermal resistance from junction to case of 0.42 °C/W.
