The IXGT20N100 is a 1000 V, 40 A IGBT in a TO-268 package, designed for AC motor speed control, DC servo drives, choppers, and UPS applications. It features a VCE(sat) of 3.0 V at IC = 20 A, a switching time (tfi) of 280 ns, and a power dissipation of 150 W at 25°C. The device supports surface mounting, has an isolated mounting screw hole, and is qualified for operation from -55°C to 150°C. It complies with JEDEC TO-268 standards and is suitable for high-power-density designs. The TO-268 package dimensions are 13.80-14.00 mm in lead spacing and 15.85-16.05 mm in body width. Thermal resistance from junction to case is 0.83 K/W. The part meets RoHS standards and is rated for 300°C lead soldering temperature for 10 seconds.

They are optimized for higher speed applications up to 100kHz in UPS, Off-line Switching Power Supplies, and Induction Cooking.
