The IXGT10N170A is a 1700 V, 10 A NPT IGBT in a TO-268 package, designed for high-voltage switching applications such as AC motor control, DC choppers, and uninterruptible power supplies. It features a maximum collector-emitter voltage of 1700 V, a continuous collector current of 10 A at 25°C, and a collector-emitter saturation voltage of 6.0 V at 25°C. The device supports a transient gate-emitter voltage of ±30 V and has a maximum junction temperature of 150°C. Thermal resistance from junction to case is 0.89 K/W.
