The IXGR72N60A3 is a 600 V, 52 A punch-through IGBT in an ISOPLUS247 package, designed for switching applications up to 5 kHz in power inverters, motor drives, UPS, and PFC circuits. It features an electrically isolated mounting tab with 2500 V isolation, a maximum junction temperature of 150°C, and a thermal resistance from junction to case of 0.62 °C/W. The device has a maximum collector-emitter saturation voltage of 1.45 V at 60 A and 15 V gate-emitter voltage, and a square reverse-bias safe operating area. It meets RoHS standards and is built on a direct-copper-bond substrate with low gate drive requirements.
