The IXGP20N120 is a 1200 V, 40 A IGBT in a TO-220AB package, designed for AC motor control, DC servo drives, UPS, and switch-mode power supplies. It has a collector-emitter saturation voltage of 2.5 V at 20 A and 15 V gate drive, with a typical turn-off delay time of 380 ns. The device supports a maximum junction temperature of 150 °C and a maximum lead soldering temperature of 300 °C for 10 seconds. Mounting torque for an M3 screw is 0.45 Nm. It meets JEDEC TO-220AB standards and is rated for industrial temperature operation from -55 °C to 150 °C.
The Littelfuse family of Punch Through (PT) IGBTs exhibit high gain, very fast switching and low conduction losses. They are optimized for higher speed applications up to 100kHz in UPS, Off-line Switching Power Supplies, and Induction Cooking. The G-series is available with or without an integrated Ultrafast FRED diode.
