The IXGP20N100A3 is a 1000 V, 20 A punch-through IGBT in a TO-220 package, designed for switching applications up to 3 kHz in power inverters, UPS, motor drives, and PFC circuits. It has a maximum collector-emitter saturation voltage of 2.3 V at 20 A and 15 V gate drive, and a thermal resistance from junction to case of 0.50 °C/W. The device is rated for continuous operation between -55 °C and 150 °C junction temperature and meets RoHS compliance. Mounting torque is specified at 1.13 Nm (10 lb.in.).
