The IXGM25N100A is a 1000 V, 50 A insulated gate bipolar transistor in a TO-204 AE package, designed for high-power switching applications such as AC motor control, DC servo drives, and uninterruptible power supplies. It has a collector-emitter saturation voltage of 4.0 V at 25 A and 25°C, a maximum continuous collector current of 25 A at 90°C, and a maximum junction temperature of 150°C. The device features a thermal resistance of 0.62 K/W from junction to case and employs a second-generation HDMOSTM process for low conduction losses. It is housed in an industry-standard TO-204 AE package with an isolated mounting screw hole and meets RoHS compliance.
