The IXGH36N60A3 is a 600 V punch-through IGBT in a TO-247 package, rated for a continuous collector current of 36 A at 110°C and a peak pulse current of 200 A. It features a typical collector-emitter saturation voltage of 1.4 V at 30 A and 15 V gate drive, with a maximum junction temperature of 150°C and thermal resistance from junction to case of 0.21 °C/W. The device supports switching frequencies up to 5 kHz, exhibits a square reverse-bias safe operating area, and meets international standard packaging requirements. Mounting torque is specified at 1.13 Nm for the TO-247 package.
