The IXGH28N60A3 is a 600V, 28A continuous current PT IGBT in a TO-247AD package, optimized for switching applications up to 5kHz in power inverters, UPS, motor drives, SMPS, and PFC circuits. It has a maximum collector-emitter voltage of 600V, a saturation voltage of 1.4V at 24A and 15V gate drive, and a thermal resistance junction-to-case of 0.66°C/W. The device supports a maximum junction temperature of 150°C and features a square RBSOA. It complies with international standard packages and is rated for a maximum lead temperature of 300°C for soldering.
