The IXGH12N100 is a 1000 V, 24 A high-speed IGBT in a TO-247AD package, designed for AC motor control, DC servo drives, choppers, UPS, and switch-mode power supplies. It features a maximum collector-emitter saturation voltage of 3.5 V at 12 A and 90 °C, a continuous collector current of 24 A at 25 °C, and a power dissipation of 100 W at 25 °C. The device has a junction temperature range of -55 °C to +150 °C and a thermal resistance from junction to case of 1.25 K/W. It complies with JEDEC TO-247AD mechanical standards and is rated for a maximum soldering temperature of 300 °C for 10 seconds. Mounting torque is specified at 1.13 Nm (10 lb.in.) for an M3 screw.
