The IXGA12N100 is a punch-through IGBT in a TO-263AA surface-mount package, rated for 1000 V collector-emitter voltage and 24 A continuous collector current at 25°C. It has a typical collector-emitter saturation voltage of 3.5 V at 25°C and 4.0 V for the A variant. The device supports a maximum junction temperature of 150°C and features low conduction losses due to its HDMOS process. Mounting torque with an M3 screw is 0.45 Nm, and the case weight is 4 g.
