The IXFK170N10 is a 100 V, 170 A N-channel MOSFET in a TO-264 AA package, designed for high-power switching applications such as DC-DC converters, synchronous rectification, and switched-mode power supplies. It has a maximum on-state resistance of 10 mΩ at 25°C and can handle a continuous drain current of 170 A at a case temperature of 125°C. The device features a low gate charge of 62 nC, fast intrinsic rectifier, and is rated for unclamped inductive switching with an energy rating of 60 mJ. Thermal resistance from junction to case is 0.22 K/W. The package supports both main and Kelvin source connections, and the part meets UL94V-0 flammability standards with isolation up to 2500 V~ RMS. Mounting torque is specified at 1.5 Nm.
