These Power MOSFETs feature significantly reduced channel resistance RDS(on) and gate charge Qg. They feature the lowest figures of merit (FOM) RDS(on)xQg and RDS(on)xRthJC. These benefits enable designers to achieve higher efficiency using simplified thermal design.
